Delivery information varies from one product to another; do not hesitate to consult the product file to find out when your jacket can be delivered.

On average, delivery time-frames are the following:

• Between 1 and 4 days for products stocked in the shop
• Between 7 and 10 days for products being manufactured or not stocked

Home delivery

Cuirs Guignard can guarantee home delivery of your package by "colissimo expert suivi" (tracked delivery).

Packages are shipped by post and have to be signed for.
If the package cannot be delivered, it will be kept for 10 working days at the post office.

Be careful to check all the information you send so that you can be kept informed of the whereabouts of your package: e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the package tracking reference.
The average delivery time-frame for cowboy boots is between 3 weeks and 1 month.
